Everybody Hurts Sometime

 This day in Aalesund City is sunny and kind.

I have been out for my regular walk and sit down on a bench to talk to people. It is World Mental Health day and it is celebrated all over the world. Everybody got a mental health to look after. I have lived for some years and also have my psychiatric experience. I did not want this life when i was younger. But during the years i have found out that my life is very good sometimes. People suffer all over the world. The thing is that we do not speak about our problems. Everybody with problems think sometimes that they are alone in all they suffer with. The thing is :

" You are not alone. "

Everyday i meet people with different problems. But they all smile when they talk to me. Yesterday i was out walking and felt a tremendous feeling of feeling free in my spirit. The feeling was only present for 10 minutes. But i have never experienced this feeling before. There are new experiences waiting for you if you only hold on to life and wait for the problems to pass. Life is a journey and a process of development where you can work to be a better person all you`re life. The thing is :

" It is not what has happened to you - But who you have become. "

Life gives you free choices everyday. You are not locked in this life or in you`re body to do what others expect you to be. Find you`re true potential. You can always become the person you was ment to be for yourself. To find out that you have inner strength to not bother what people believe, say or think about you give you freedom. Life turns out good then and you have the skills to give a damn in what people think about you. It gives you freedom and quality on you`re life even if you live in poverty.

Life gives you surprises everyday. Find solutions on you`re problems and dare to be original. Live after you`re own dreams and not what other people think, believe or mean about what you should really do with your`re life.

Care for you`re self. The only one sometimes able to give you love is yourself. Dare to think new thoughts for you`re life. It can give you solutions on you`re dreams in ways you never expected. You alone can find a way through all you are going through. Believe that you are free to be the student of you`re own life. Discover the truth in people and you will find new ways in life. The ones supporting you. Never let them go. People can give you surprises. It can be both good and bad. But try not to leave yourself behind in problems other people have created for you. It is theirs problems and not your.

You can start living free from this moment. With letting go of the past and live for the creation of life and this planet. Even though the world is going through a pandemi, you can find ways to enjoy life more peacefully and the paradox is that when you stress down and do good for yourself, freedom of mind and thoughts occur.

Start living in freedom and not in the past. Love life and people that smiles to you. No matter where you are there is always a person smiling to you. And start to smile yourself to people and see what happens. It can change you`re life in meeting really special and kind people.

Go on and live free.
